Getting started

1. Select Polish, English or German and choose your region.
2. Create your first business and select its industry.
3. Create a personal PIN of at least six characters. The PIN cannot be recovered by the developer.
4. Add clients and services, then create appointments by selecting a client, service and date.
5. Create encrypted .klientivo backups regularly and keep a copy on a separate device.

Privacy and local operation

Klientivo works locally and does not require an account or a Klientivo server. The developer does not receive appointment details, client records, business information, backups or the user's PIN.

Klientivo działa lokalnie i nie wymaga konta ani serwera. Przy pierwszym uruchomieniu wybierz język i region, utwórz działalność oraz ustaw własny PIN. Następnie dodaj klientów i usługi oraz planuj wizyty, wybierając klienta, usługę i termin.

Regularnie zapisuj zaszyfrowaną kopię .klientivo na innym urządzeniu. Zapomnianego PIN-u nie można odzyskać. Pomoc: support@langswap.com.

Klientivo funktioniert lokal und benötigt weder ein Konto noch einen Klientivo-Server. Wählen Sie beim ersten Start Sprache und Region, erstellen Sie Ihren Betrieb und legen Sie eine persönliche PIN fest. Danach können Sie Kunden, Leistungen und Termine verwalten.
